We have a art deco house in Greenlane.  She is cute, but boy was she cold and musty.in winter.   We looked for a suitable heating solution and once decided on type, looked at price. Firstly Collins were thoroughly professional in all their dealings prior to a decision. They were also very competitive on price so we gave them the job.  Best decison ever.  Collins were a dream to deal with, the installer came when they should, did the job quickly and efficiently wiht a minimum of disruption, and explained how to set up and operate the system.  Even when there was a slight hiccup on the number of vents, it was handled professionally and from the top.  When we changed our mind about the vents (plastic v metal) I was allowed to pick up samples and test them in situ. I would thoroughly recommend Collins Plumbing.  We will extend the house soon, and these guys will definitely be getting the call for our plumbing needs.  And if you have an older house, bite the bullet ... gas central heating is the answer!

I have moved into a new property and have had to call them for some advice on gasfiting jobs around the property. They are very trustworthy and have given me advice on the best way forward in order to save money. I will definitely use them when we renovate the bathroom and for all ongoing maintenance. A pleasure to deal with.

I used these guys for the installation of my new kitchen. They did an excellent job and i would highly recommend their services. The plumber, Luke and the office manager, Simone were both professional, enthusiastic and very friendly. We recently renovated our kitchen and Collins were recommended to us by Jag Kitchens. The team did a great job, everything is in and working perfectly, they made recommendations to keep the costs of the job down, and improvements to the existing plumbing in the house to ensure our new appliances and fittings would work as they should. Upon their initial visit they noticed a tap leaking and fixed it on the spot saving us quite a lot of money in water rates (comparing previous bill to next one it paid for itself). Every time we called for the 'next step' in the project they provided professional guidance, they were always there when we needed their help. Best of all, the final bill came in below their estimate. I would recommend them if you're new to renovating and on a budget like we were, let them know your limits, they'll give you a worst case, and if they spend less time on it or don't have to replace the unexpected things your bill will be lower, unlike some tradesmen! Well done guys!

We chose Collins Plumbing and Gas from a long list of suppliers on google for an emergency situation. They responded quickly and efficiently and the service provider by their contractor was exceptional - he was communicative, thorough and we felt he had our best interests in mind while doing a good job within tight time frames. What more could you ask for?! I would highly recommend them and will definitely be using them in the future!
