I love that this place is an old converted police station with the interview rooms still in tact! Great place for a casual beer with friends no matter what day of the week. Always a good place to start if you are heading down to the Vector for a concert, or for a couple of beers afterwards. It's also has an excellent spot for smokers and non-smokers to share the same space, oh, and the food is delicious!
Ticking off the ‘pub grub’ box on this list is Brew On Quay. One of the best things about this spot is the sheer capacity of it - there’s awesome long tables outside (perfect for those sunny evenings), plenty of tables inside, and a rooftop bar also. They’ve got a dedicated ‘Vector Menu’ to whip out on show days, 102 beers from around the world and NZ, and a rotating beverage list also.
