Superb night out
I took my boyfriend here on a voucher for all you can eat tapas with sangria. It was a cool thursday night, live music was playing and it was warm enough inside. We had a lovely evening – the food was delicious and the live music created a lovely ambiance. Our favourite tapas were the dolmades and the salt & pepper squid, both of which we ordered repeats. The potato was also a surprise (for me who doesn't really eat potatoes) favourite. Yum! Left having thoroughly enjoyed the evening. Oh, and the stuffed mini peppers are a must try – sweet and tasty, my boyfriend's favourite of the night.
- Quality
- Excellent! We really enjoyed everything we tried. There were a good number and range of items to choose from, so we enjoyed being able to try whatever we want. The tapas seemed a bit hit & miss though in terms of getting all parts of the dish– there was always a sauce, bread or other accompaniment missing off our plate which I found a bit disappointing.
- Service
- Service was generally friendly and very attentive – almost to the point I wondered if staff were expected to sell drinks to customers with vouchers. Our waitress didn't smile much which would have made a big improvement, but generally we were happy.
- Value
- The value was excellent because of the voucher. Without the voucher I would it would have been quite expensive to a) try everything we wanted to try and b) have enough to eat.
- Bathrooms
- There was only one (for both men and women) so not great. It could have done with a bit of a clean.
