"This April, give the gift of flowers to those you love the most. Buy a bouquet valued at over $75 and your loved one will receive a packet of cute chicken cookies with their flowers. What a treat (for the eyes and the stomach)! Order online at www.wildpoppies.co.nz."
"Finally.... A bouquet of flowers from Wild Poppies Florist, Great North Road. The girls there will talk you through it and help you come up with something befitting your special night. If you don't get some after that then you must be in a coma!"
" Right from the get go, my Wild Poppy experience was a positive one. The website is beautiful, modern and easy to work. They sent an order confirmation which they followed with an update email of when my rose would be delivered. The rose was delivered within the time stated, was packaged beautifully and the rose was a great quality rose! Wild Poppies offered the cheapest single rose price by at least $20. Highly recommended"

"We love our Edwards & Co. Otis stroller. It is so awesome! Thank you Kiwi Baby. All of our 'parent' friends want one so we have sent them to Kiwi Baby. Great friendly team and really knowledgeable on their products."

"I have fished all over the world from Europe to the US for the last 30 years and can honestly say that Fishy Steve is one of the most competent and friendly Guides I have ever met. I have know fished the Taupo and surrounding region for the last four years and have used Steve's services on 7 occasions now. Steve always delivers, even in very tough conditions he manages to make a great day of it. I have tried Heli and Raft fishing with Steve and they were 2 of the most exciting and fulfilling days fishing I have ever had. Both my Brother and Father have now also used Fishy Steve's guiding services, with similar experiences. As well as finding fish Steves intimate and in-depth knowledge of fishing styles and techniques has improved my abilities considerably. I would have no attention of recommending Steve's Guiding services to anyone - Hi is my only choice in New Zealand ! Dave Allen, Melbourne, Australia P.S. His wife makes great lunches too ! "
" Had a great day out on the rivers around Taupo with Steve. Went to a couple of the smaller streams that I've always had trouble fishing in the past, and Steve was able to unlock their secrets for me. I caught good, hard fighting fish .... lost a few as well! Also learned how to "roll cast" which stood me in good stead later in the week on the Tongariro as I was able to fish some difficult to get to spots that others had walked past. Thoroughly recommend a day being guided by Steve, you'll learn lots of tricks even if you're already an experienced fly fisher. Chris."

"Amazing sourdough bun crusted (huge)! homemade meat patties egg, bacon, beetroot the lot! Abso stunning they now have a baker on site and boaties can get fresh bread (there is a queue and it is a mile long so wake up eaerly and row in fast)!!"
" Oh my gosh, what a little truck of heaven! After a long day driving up to Fitzroy, stopping at several lookouts and generally enjoying the beauty of the island, on a scorching hot day, we were absolutely starving and thirsty. To be honest we didn't expect too much from this burger bar, nestled by the water and being the only place open at the time, but we ordered up a storm. Our 4 meals were made really quickly; a little too quickly as we'd taken the opportunity to grab a quick dip in the nice cool water. We sat on a nearby picnic table and scoffed our faces like there was no tomorrow. All the food was amazing, generous portions, friendly staff (although I'm not sure I've ever encountered an unfriendly person on GB) and the cold drink was just pure heaven. This burger bar is just one of many gems tucked away on GB, in the perfect location, serving perfect food. Genius!"

"We were driving back to Picton and spotted the sign at the Eco-Show in Nelson. It wasn’t my choice to pop into Stone Arrow but my significant other insisted. I’m actually glad we did because the handmade jewellery was awesome and Nick was super friendly. And in the end I actually didn’t mind pulling out my credit card for a pair of "recycled" earrings made out of glass either plus it made the gf happy!"

"We often 'camp' in a friend's vacant property just down the road from the Claris Texas Cafe. We have no oven, no kettle, no clean running water, no fridge to keep your meat chilled..... just really a BBQ and a chilly bin! So after several days of this rural lifestyle, all you want is a really good coffee, to feel slightly human again, and to shove a massive cooked breakfast into your face! And would you know, right where you need it, is the Claris Texas Cafe! Their coffee is great, the cooked breakfasts amazing, and the panani selection a nice treat to take in the car as you head up the island. The garden boasts several tables for a really pleasant summer outdoor breakfast; the birds clearly rate the place too... just don't leave your breakfast unattended, you might notice your toast disappear! They also offer a selection of beers, smoothies, sweet treats and the internet, as well as local art to purchase. Thanks for rescuing our stomachs, guys!"
