"Been there about 4 times in just 3 months now, and have never been disappointed! Their chicken club sanwich burger is made with whole chicken breast fillet, with lots of salad and sauce so its not too dry. Their burgers are also quite big so you're always really full by the time you finish. Combo was $10 which came with refillable drink and skin-on fries, which is better than paying $16+ at Burger Fuel for pretty much the same thing. Their portobello mushroom burger is really good too, which really gave what the name suggests- heaps of mushrooms in the burger! Haven't tried their breakfast menu but heard its pretty good. Their cookies and cream thickshake is my favourite though! "
"My favourite fast food burger chain and St Johns/Glen Innes is my favourite resturant. The only one I've found with the "salad bar" Love those chilli's."

"I first came here only recently after hearing multiple reviews about how amazing it is. So I had to go try it out so to not miss out on said amazing icecream. Being the indecisive person I am this store is extremely annoying. There are endless options for the icecream that you first choose then the toppings you decide to go on it. And because there is no limit I was standing there for a very long time while my friend sighed loudly to hurry me along. All else you need to know is that there are NERDS, remember those retro lollies from your childhood? Yep, well, they have them. Oh and be careful not to overload with too many toppings or it just tastes weird. Oops."

"Getting fish and chips and hanging out at Mission Bay is one of the must do activities in Auckland. The Fish Pot Cafe is the best place to purchase the edible part of the equation. Although slightly more expensive than your usual ‘in the burbs’ takeaway store it is always fresh and the menu extensive. Sidenote: experience best enjoyed with sun and companions."

"Great Mexican place in mission bay. Had the nachos and mixed platter which was yum! And they had nice drinks as well. They also have massive sombrero hats you can wear :) a great place for a relaxing lunch or fun dinner out."

"Mexican Specialities is one of the places I like to go as a special treat - as often as possible! Unfortunately due to it's location in Ellerslie it is not as often as I'd like. I am happy to sit down by myself and order the unctuous bean dip with house made corn chips and the sublime prawn taco. If I am feeling particularly indulgent I top it off with the spicy Mexican hot chocolate. Heaven."
"Amazing food! Delicious, is so authentic because the owners/chefs are actually Mexican! Food is to die for. It may be tiny and only open for lunch three days a week but it’s the Best Mexican restaurant in town as far as I’m concerned. My favourite is the Beef Soft Shell Taco - YUMMM!"

" I loved seeing this. These are for the outdoor tables at Kohi Café- Sun hats! They think of everything "
"Try one of their incredible gelato milkshakes - it's definitely the best in Auckland, maybe even in the entire world."
19 Tamaki Drive, Orakei, Auckland 1071
"I would always pass this restaurant on my daily runs, because it’s located along Tamaki Drive looking out over the ocean (and my running route). I was curious about it because it just looked really cool and classy and was always busy. I finally went there with my husband for dinner and we weren’t disappointed. Hammerheads has been in business since 1990 and I’m sure it will stay in business for many years to come. Amazing food with even more amazing views!"

"Ventured to this place because it was in the entertainment book - and it was a great find. Service was friendly and the waitress had some great recommendations. Loved the couscous dish I had, so tasty and full of flavour. Great place to relax and chill out. Will definitely be back."
"Steeped in the tradition inherent in all Macs Brew Bars, The Union Post is a stalwart of the Ellerslie community. Tap-beers flowing like a natural spring, and oven-made pizzas piping hot for your enjoyment make it a favourite for all."
