"Really great place to come and watch a game of Cricket or Rugby. The staff are really helpful with helping you find your seat and there are heaps of places to get snacks. Has a really great vibe about it. "
"Must visit mount eden stadium at least once to watch a rugby game! Always a buzzing atmosphere, especially when the All Blacks are playing!"

"A fantastic indoor venue for all ages. Birthdays, team building or just great upper body exercise. Not for the faint hearted!"
"We were here for a kids birthday party and it worked very well to keep them occupied, tire them out and leave very little cleaning work afterwards. I didn’t climb this time around but after seeing the fun being had I wished I’d brought proper shoes. Clip ‘n Climb provides a very imaginative climbing environment - there’s a slide where people get hoisted up, a ring of taller and taller posts to walk up (and it goes very high), there’s a transparent wall where you can match a friend as they climb. There is also a corner where you can climb in the dark or with some disco lights for an extra challenge. I’d like to go back for my own birthday!"

"I had my first class earlier this week, I thought it was amazing! The facilities were superb and staff were really friendly and helpful. I particularly enjoyed the fact that they have different levels of yoga varying from beginners to more advanced which results in different styles of yoga. I would definitely be coming back for more!"

"When you pass through the doors of East Day Spa below the SkyCity Grand hotel, you could be forgiven for thinking you’ve arrived in a different country - and a far more fragrant, serene and beautiful one at that! They do a stellar manicure, wax and pedicure on site, but I keep coming back for the massage and facials, which are next level in terms of bliss. They just unveiled a selection of facials using the renowned British natural brand REN, including an anti-ageing number that involves 75 minutes of pure facial massage. Incredible."
"The best place to get your eyebrows done is East Day Spa. Instead of waxing they thread which much better! It leaves a crisper more defined eyebrow. I’ve tried a few cheaper places but East Day Spa is the best in my opinion."
"Give the gift of a little peace, quiet and pampering this Mother's Day to someone who truly deserves it! East Day Spa has a whole range of packages to spoil your Mum, from reflexology and facials to tension-melting massages. The Piccolos & Pedis for two is a great way to bond with Mum as you both get a luxurious, 30-minute Warm Milk & Sandalwood pedicure while sipping on champagne."

"Tucked around the back of Newmarket, Wise Cicada is a sprawling health store and eatery that will have you feeling good as soon as you step through its doors. Tuck into their breakfast/lunch buffet ($25, including beverage), or keep it simple with a smoothie and vegan cake or salad from their well-catered cabinet (their coffee's great too!) Then, hit the aisles to pick up all sorts of eco-friendly household goods."
"This is the closest things to the American Wholefoods Supermarkets I’ve found in NZ. They have an amazing cafe with a great selection of vegetarian food. They also have a huge selection of vitamins, skin care range and organic produce and groceries. A haven of health in Newmarket."

"I have been coming to Claire for about 2 months now. Initially it was for posture correction but came recently because of muscle sprain. Ever since I came here, my posture has been greatly improved (my wife definitely noticed it) and I have less shoulder/neck aches from using the computer too much or from the gym. A neck/shoulder sprain was well improved after a visit to Claire. Claire is very professional and caring. She explains things very well and is very thorough in her assessment & treatment. Highly recommended. Aniko is always friendly and cheerful as well. Always make the visit that much easier. If you have any muscle/back problems, this is the place to go to for your problems. "
" Big thanks to Jamie, couldn't believe how quick I responded to the acupuncture, had pulled my hamstring and within one session with Jamie he had fixed the pain in my leg from my injury and I was able to be back in the gym the very next day. Also have always felt uneasy about the thought of acupuncture but Jamie made me feel very comfortable and with every session is always very friendly would most defiantly recommend to anyone. Thank you very much Jamie really appreciate it. Nicky Richardson"
" I suffered a head injury 4 years ago and have since suffered tinnitus, back pain and blocked sinuses. I have tried everything from numerous different practitioners to alleviate the symptoms with limited results. I have since had 2 acupuncture sessions with Jamie Han and 90% of my back pain has disappeared and my sinuses have cleared. I only wish I had come here earlier. I had never tried acupuncture before so am astounded with the results- I highly recommend Jamie Han. Cheers A. Barton"

"Nothing gets you pumped up more than a group fitness class at les mills! I’m addicted to this place. Love the cx worx classes in particular, the best ab workout in 30 min"
" My favourite way of keeping fit is by doing classes that I find fun and enjoyable, regardless of the health benefits and I have found no other gym in Auckland that rivals the number of group fitness classes available as at Les Mills. The City branch especially, has so many classes. My favourites are Sh’Bam and Body Jam, which are both dance based exercise classes, where you build up steps to learn a short routine for each track. I also love yoga and Body Balance, which leave me feeling worked out, but super relaxed and zen too! They always do a wind down meditative segment for several minutes at the end of these sessions, which really allow you to calm yourself. With the busy lifestyles we all lead in the city, it is really special to be given a moment to just relax focus on your breathing and let your worries go for a bit. The facilities are excellent; sauna, steam room, plunge pool, ghd’s and hair dryers. All those mod cons! It can often be a really good idea to take a trial, then wait for a bit and see what special offers come up. That’s what I did! They generally have two or three good deals on throughout the year and if you’ve had a trial, they’ll get in touch as soon as something comes up! The instructors are of such a high calibre and in the largest studio, when it’s full to capacity, they really come into their own and know how to motivate a crowd. Loving doing classes here atm!"

"This is also another of Migun's best clinics. we initially went here to see Dion, the chiro who frequents there on monday. He is extremely learned and talented and cured my wife's back problem. then Nathan, the guy at migun gave us one complimentary session. We felt so much better that we got the one day deals that came AND THEN bought the 10 trip passes. Those do not expire and can be used at any time. It's great as a gift too for someone. highly recommended to all."
" I first went to Migun and lay down on one of the bed then honestly wondered why I had paid good money to be poked in the back. That was the first 3 minutes, after that, it became relaxing and drowsy, the machine heated the back and then soothed it. My only complaint would be that the bed is not made for taller people (6'6 - 6'7) but as long as you position yourself right, its an amazing experience. "
