Relax in the tranquil setting of the Yoga Barn in rural Swanson, Waitakere City, and unwind with the many yoga classes on offer.
Located at the base of the Waitakere Ranges, the studio has a tranquil outlook towards Auckland City. The perfect venue for yoga practice.
In addition to regular weekly yoga classes at the studio, there are classes in community venues and bookings for private groups.
Weekly class options include:
- General classes – suitable for all levels
- Private classes - personal training and lifestyle consultations
- Family Yoga - Mother and baby; Yoga for pregnancy; Childrens yoga
Classes are held during the day and evening. General classes day and evening and there are regular workshops including kids' yoga and art.
