Auckland Restaurant Month is the perfect opportunity to sample the best food our great city has to offer. We Jafas are well aware of the wealth of excellent eateries on our doorstep – but with over 100 taking part in ARM, how do you choose?
If you’re feeling a little bamboozled by all the excellent options out there, here’s a list of 5-star restaurants (as rated by Localists) taking part in Auckland Restaurant Month with their specials. Bon appetite!
Cafe Hanoi - $9 Special Auckland Restaurant Month dessert - Black sticky rice with caramelised pineapple sorbet and coconut sauce. Offer available from 5pm til late.
Depot - $30 per person set menu - A Taste of Depot; includes a selection from the Raw bar followed by a plate of pork sliders and a glass of Sauvignon Blanc from the tap. Raw bar selection includes 2 oysters & 2 clams.
Everybody’s - $65 for a three course set menu featuring dishes including crab and leek risotto and duck confit with farro, braised shallots, duck sausage, date and preserved lemon.
Britomart Country Club - Sunday Roast Special: Rib Roast Beef with dried apricot mostarda and horseradish creme fraiche served with baby carrots, onions and roast sliced kumara and comes with a complimentary bottle of Monteiths Winter Ale for $20
Monsoon Poon - $30 for a South East Asian platter for one. Also includes a complimentary glass of Spy Valley Satellite Sauvignon Blanc or Pinot Noir featuring dishes including Thai yellow chicken, Indonesian beef rendang, Malabar fish, Jasmine rice and Poppadoms.
