"My family and I keep coming back to this restaurant because they've got everything you're looking for in a great restaurant; amazing, consistent foods, clean and safe environment and great service. The mains are as cheap as $12 and are simply delicious. Not to mention the consistent taste that keeps you coming back for more next time around. They give you traditional side dishes while the chef cooks the mains and also refills them if ever you finish them before you finish your mains. The service is just absolutely lovely; the owners are very kind and would gladly explain to you about the foods on the menu if you're unfamiliar with Korean dishes. We even recommended this restaurant to our friends and have become regulars here. If you're looking for a family-oriented place to dine out, this is the perfect place. You have to try it out. :D"

"We came back again to Nol Bu Ne as we love the Korean food and the service provided by the staff makes you feel at home. Very quick, efficient and friendly. We loved their dumplings and their sizzling hot plates."
"I usually go for kimchi fried rice or sundubu for the apetising spicy redness but today i want to try something different. So korean bbq chicken it was. However i found it to be quite one dimensional in taste with just chicken, scraps of carrots on a bed of raw cabbage. Nothing special to be honest. I did love the rice though and the side dishes ~"

"I brought my friend who loves eating Korean cuisine, truly loved the food at Faro. They not only use the best and freshest ingredients but they pay great attention to detail. The ambience too is very beautiful and excellent service was provided. Highly recommended and will keep coming back again."
" I've been quite fond of Faro ever since I visited it a while back with my best friend. My very first meal kept me coming back for more. It was the ambiance, the allure of the side dishes, the fact that i nearly met Big Bang that really ticked it for me. This time I had their lunch set, sweet and spicy pork. It was def true to its name and the level of spice was quite perfect for me, as in there is actually a kick to it."
49 Nuffield Street, Newmarket, Auckland
"Had a birthday dinner here. Was great, had the set BBQ menu and the owner and waitresses were really helpful and friendly. This dish was one of many we had that balanced out the night. Well done Faro. Cho wai yo."

"This place may look small from the outside but once inside you can take a couple of steps into a long asile of tables fit for small and big groups. As with any Korean place the side dishes keep on coming (as requested). p.s having a buzzer on each table makes reordering that much easier. "
"Authentic Korean dishes in a great location. This place feels like you are in Korea, everything looks and tastes authentic. It even has the bells to call for the inevitable 2nd bowl of rice and kimchi."
" A very nice authentic Korean restaurant in downtown Auckland. My wife who lived in Seoul for a year loves their food so that's why we have been back a couple of times in a month (and we only eat out once a week at most). Service - Very friendly and efficient. Always helpful and smiling :) Food - The hot rice cake dish was divine while the spicy beef soup was also nice. The bibimbap was not as filling as other dishes but they do give you the bottle of hot sauce to adjust the taste to your liking. Also, the side-dishes are always authentic and the kimchi cabbage tastes like what you would get in Korea. Value - The price is very reasonable. 37.50 for 3 dish and very good portion. Atmosphere - Decor is typical korean restaurant. There's a bell on every table to call for service so that's always helpful. Overall - If you are in downtown Auckland, this is a nice place to try out. We will return again, I'm sure."

"A bit out of town but definitely worth a visit every now and then. Real korean BBQ at a great price."
" I have to say that Choi's Korean BBQ offers the best Korean food I have ever eaten. The prices are cheap and the staff are very friendly. If you live far away, it's worth the extra time to experience Choi's! Highly recommended!"
479 Lake Road, Takapuna Central, Auckland 0622
"Came here last night for dinner with the family- just walking around the main road and decided to stop here. Easy to find and not too quiet or packed. Nice ambience. Great seating with magazines for reading. Self serve drinks. Nice menu and good service. Very good portions, very well priced and recommend! Delicious. Came out stuffed! Make sure you have room to fill up your stomach! Definitely go!"
" Came to this restaurant a few nights ago with the family. The staff were friendly and they had a great range of food in their menu. There were magazines to read while waiting and drinks that could be self-served. The food was tasty and good in size. A restaurant recommended for the people who crave some Asian food for dinner."
329 Queen Street, Auckland Central, Auckland
"Korean goodness with side dishes that keep on coming (one of the side dishes is egg with vinegrette - tastes unexpectedly delicious) and major value for money."
"This isn’t the nicest place to dine in, but I love getting takeaways from this Korean BBQ place. The portions sizes are big enough for me to eat half for dinner and the rest for lunch the next day, and everything is always well cooked. The staff are friendly and you never have to wait too long."

"I live far too close to this place for it to be good for me, but for the sake of my health I try to limit how often I go in for their spicy fried chicken - highly addictive, crunchy nuggets of deliciousness coated in Korean-style sweet & spicy sauce. It's quite literally finger-lickin' good. "

"This is a great place for meat lovers and Korean food aficionados. This is a Korean barbecue restaurant, so each table has a little grill in the center of the table for you to cook the various kinds of meat on. Apart from the all you can eat array of meat, you have soups, fried rice, Korean cold dishes, chilled sweet soup (a definite must as it can get quite hot) and of course lettuce. Because with all the grills going on at once, make sure you take a table close to the food, where the air conditioning is at most. Although it may be uncomfortable to be in the dead center of the room, it is WAY BETTER than sitting in the tables near the windows, in its own little bay area. It get's extremely stuffy and extremely hot in that area. Its 23 dollars per person, so its a great deal for some great food. Make sure you make reservations on busy days!"
407 Queen St, Auckland Central, auckland
"I had never tried Korean BBQ until my friend brought me here the other night. Because you only eat every 10 minutes or so while you wait for your meat to cook, you can eat all night! It is definitely worth the money for such delicious meat."
" I've been lived in Korea. I have experienced the best of Korean BBQ's. I know what is great, and what isn't. This isn't great but its decent. "
