Meditate

    Meditation is a great way to lower blood pressure, supports with concentration and also brings a sense of calm and peace. I offer meditation classes for individuals, groups and also offer workplace visits

    This is a wonderful time to walk along the west coast beaches, they are usually so crowded in summer and the black sand gets so hot! There's something wonderful about the fury of the surf on an otherwise calm, cold and still day, and the drive (or cycle) ride out to huia and whatiipu or karekare and piha is breathtaking!
